Tim Ward – Assistant Professional

I first started playing golf at the age of 10 after my uncle took me to the driving range when I was staying with him and my cousins one summer. After nagging my parents when I got home they finally gave in and bought me some golf lessons for my birthday, after which my whole family joined Lakeside Lodge (Pidley). Soon after joining I started playing more and more with the Cambridgeshire County Team and moved up all the age groups to be in my final year of U18s this year. After taking part in the Lee Westwood Academy I moved to join Elton Furze and this year I was voted in to be Junior Captain. In June 2015 I was presented with the opportunity to start my PGA Training at Elton Furze and to become the Assistant Professional. I am now in my second year at the University of Birmingham.

I am passionate about encouraging beginners and juniors to the game, please see the tuition page for my lesson plans and pricing.
